Note from the principal
October! Our POG of the month is: Learner
We have made it to October! We have several days we are not in school, so please make sure you check our calendar and the dates at the bottom of this newsletter!
3:20 playground:
We have not had a recess this late in previous years. For the safety of our students, please stay behind the fence when waiting to pick up your child. Once Kinders and 1st graders are inside at 3:20, then you can proceed onto the playground to wait to pick them up. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep students safe while they are out at recess!
With gratitude,
Jen Stein
Lost and Found
Starting at the end of October, we will be donating all items in our Lost and Found. If you are missing something, please come check in at the office and take a look, encourage your child to go to the Lost and Found, and also label items! We do look through all of the items and if it has a name we return it to the child!
Profile of a Graduate
In October we focus on the competency of Learner. Throughout the month, as your student questions about belonging and what they are learning.
