Weymouth Early Childhood Center

Our preschoolers had an amazing time participating in the WECC Special Olympics for the Young Child Event! Students enthusiastically rotated through a variety of activities including the bean bag toss, 25-yard dash, soccer ball kick, jumping station, and balance beam. It was wonderful to see their excitement, determination, and joy as they cheered one another on and celebrated their accomplishments.

A special thank you to our Parent Council for providing each student with a gold medal—what a meaningful way to recognize their hard work and participation!

We hope you enjoy the photo album attached to this newsletter.

On Thursday, May 7th we will host Portraits and Poems: A PreK Art Celebration. We hope you will be able to join us.

The last day of school for students will be on Thursday, June 25th. This will be a full day.

The mornings can still be chilly, please remember to dress your child in layers so that students can play outdoors.
