Take Flight 🦅

On Thursday, September 11th, and Friday, September 12th, during Eagle Time, students had the opportunity to visit Leyden's second-annual Student Activities Fair. At the fair, they learned more about the activities that are offered at West Leyden.

The following students completed the Adventure Awaits 'treasure map' and were chosen in a raffle drawing to win Leyden swag:

Liliana Benítez Verástegui - "Joining Theatre Guild would definitely be outside my comfort zone!"

Grace Lynn Fafinski - "Freshman Class Board would be a great activity to do with friends!"

Joanetha Gomillia - "Best Buddies would be a fun club to do to meet new people!"

Emily Guía Romero - "EVERYTHING interests me about Art Club!"

Alejandra Hernández - "I didn't know that SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) WAS a club at Leyden!"

Congrats, winners! Stop by the Student Activities Office during your lunch period to get your prize!

Remember: Leyden offers so many opportunities to get involved, including joining clubs, attending special events, participating in spirit days, volunteering in the community, and much more.
