We are excited to announce that Butler Elementary’s Trunk or Treat is coming up on Friday, October 23rd, from 6:00–7:30 PM! To help make this event a huge success, we are asking our Butler families and staff for candy donations!
From October 1st–October 22nd send candy donations with your child or to your child’s teacher.

Butler Elementary Uniforms
With the understanding that student behavior is influenced by the way students are dressed and that no student should dress in a manner that is disruptive or has an adverse effect on school activities, the following mandatory uniform standards have been developed. Students are expected to dress in the school uniform during the school day, on field trips, and during school-related activities.
Please make note below:
- Students may wear any Butler Bear spirit shirt with uniform bottoms (as an alternative uniform shirt) daily. Spirits shirts will be sold throughout the year.
- Students may wear black uniform pants or skirts as a part of the uniform.
- School-sponsored hoodies will be permitted to wear.
Non-Uniform Days:
- Butler will now hold two dress down days per month. SCCPSS is promoting a cashless system. To comply, Butler will offer an opportunity for parents to make a one time payment of $10.50 for all scheduled dress down days during the year using school cash.
