We are excited to welcome back the Senior Class of 2026 for this school year. Thank you for reading The Senior Scoop, our newsletter specifically for our seniors and their families. Please continue to read The Avenger Announcements for all general AAI information. We will publish the Senior Scoop at least quarterly to make sure that you have all the information that you need to prepare for the big day May 16, 2026: GRADUATION! We hope that you enjoy the senior year experience!

Senior Dues:

It is now time to pay your Senior Fees! Your Senior Fees are $160 and are due by November 30. After 11/30 the cost will go up to $185. This covers the cost of your cap, gown, tassel(s), diploma, diploma cover, pathway medallions, pins, Senior Celebration Day, and all other costs associated with your graduation ceremony on May 16, 2026. Click here to pay: AAI Senior Purchases 3rd Ascent Class of 2026 Caps and gowns will be delivered to Alliance Academy and will be handed out to students in May.

Senior Brag Sheet / Senior Profile:

In effort to assist Counselors and Teachers with Recommendation Letters, we ask that all seniors complete a Senior Profile to assist your counselor to write your recommendation letters. Please use the link(s) below to complete these forms by September 15, 2025.

Senior Guidance:

August 20-22, counselors will be in ELA classes (Advanced Comp, Dramatic Writing, and AP Lit) to conduct Senior Guidance. Counselors will also host a Senior Parent Night on Thursday, August 27, at 5 PM in person at the Alliance Cafeteria. If you are not in an ELA class on campus or are not able to attend the Parent Night, please be on the lookout for a recorded session on the Counseling Website under Parent/Student Presentations.

Aug 27, 2025 5:00-6:00 PM Senior Parent Information Night:

At this event, AAI Counselors will share important information about senior year and post high school planning for parents. If you are unable to attend, please check the AAI website after Sept. 1 for all of the information that we will share that night.

Yearbook / Senior Portraits:

All seniors must be photographed by Cady Studios. These are the portraits used in the yearbook and at graduation. All seniors must be photographed before or on December 4th. Cady has multiple locations in the area, and you may make an appointment at any of their studios. Contact our Cady Studios representative (lauren.davidson@cady.com) with questions. Yearbook Sales and Senior Ad Pages:

It's time to purchase your yearbook and create your Senior Ad page to honor your student. The deadline to submit Senior Ad Pages is Oct. 17, 2025. or when space runs out. Please note that the purchase of a Senior Ad Page does NOT include the price of a yearbook. You will have to order your yearbook separately. Directions are included below.

College Applications:

Many colleges have Early Decision/Early Action deadlines in October. Make sure that you are checking the college websites for information specific to the college/university of choice. Aug 14, 2025 5:00 - 7:10 PM Curriculum Night for all AAI families -- TONIGHT!!

Come to AAI on Thursday Aug. 14th to meet your student's teachers and visit classrooms for short presentations from the teachers. Please make sure that you have a copy of your child's schedule with you that evening.
