Salford Hills Core Values Lessons

Mrs. Seaman, our school counselor, has been visiting each homeroom to do a lesson on Core Values. Students heard the book “I Promise” by LeBron James in 1st-5th grades and “The Rabbit Listened” in Kindergarten. Then they recited our school pledge: “We are safe, responsible, respectful learners!”

C.R.O.P.S Garden Thank You!

Our Salford Hills C.R.O.P.S. garden was a huge success this summer! We grew huge swiss chard, juicy melons, many raspberries, ginormous zucchini, eggplants by the dozens, and so much more. Believe it or not, there is still produce ripening! We are looking for a few volunteers who might be able to help pick until our growing season winds down in upcoming weeks. Please contact Janet Smith at jsmith@soudertonsd.org if you are able to help. Thank you!
