The students listed above will participate in a clinic and concluding performance on November 19 and 20.
THURSDAY - November 19
**We will take a bus from DCMS to RRMS. Students are encouraged to bring snacks and water with them for the afternoon. The clinician will give breaks throughout the afternoon.
2:15 pm - Depart DCMS for RRMS
2:30 pm - Arrive at RRMS, Unload, and Help Set Up for Clinic
3:00 pm - Seating of the Band, Rehearsal Begins
7:30 pm - Dinner and Social Time
**Parents should pick-up their students from the RRMS Auditorium at 8:00 pm
FRIDAY - November 20
**Student need to dropped off at the RRMS Auditorium between 9:00 and 9:15 am. Rehearsal will begin promptly at 9:30 am. Student should bring money for lunch.
9:30 am - Rehearsal Begins
Noon - Lunch Off Campus at Millwood Plaza
1:30 pm - Rehearsal Resumes
5:00 pm - Break to Change for Concert
- Students will wear khaki pants/skirts for the concert. A T-Shirt will be provided.
5:30 pm - Return to Stage
6:00 pm - Concert Begins
**Parents should watch the concert and take their children home at the conclusion.
