MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
CHS Community,
A Browns victory capped off a VERY productive week at CHS! Students were FINALLY rewarded with cell phones in study hall today thanks to "Victory Friday." It was a great morale boost, especially since we didn’t have a snow day today.
Dr. Hanlon sent out an important reminder this week about school closings and delayed starts due to winter weather. If you did not receive this message, it’s likely because your Annual Update has not been completed. Please follow the directions linked below to ensure your information is up to date.
Looking ahead, the two days next week before Thanksgiving break will follow the White Day Assembly Schedule:
- Monday: Safety Drill
- Tuesday: Annual Staff vs. Senior Volleyball Game
Let’s make these two days productive and focused on learning. I’d be VERY thankful for TWO days of compliance and engagement from our students.
TOPPER CLUB
Topper Club is for students earning an impressive GPA of 3.75 or higher last year. To celebrate their accomplishments, we will invite them to a special Topper Club Breakfast Celebration to recognize and honor their hard work.
Grades 8th-10th will be held December 12, 2024 at 6:45 am - 7:15am in the CHS cafeteria.
Grades 11th &12th will be held December 13, 2024 at 6:45 am - 7:15 am in the CHS cafeteria.
Invitations will be sent the week after Thanksgiving break.
