Academy Announcements
Dear Academy Families and Friends,
This past week was incredible! There was at least one or more event on each day of the week! Please be sure to read the whole newsletter this week as well as check out socials...we have so much to celebrate...from field trips to schoolwide ROAR celebrations! Some important things to know! Loads of pictures at the bottom. Enjoy!!!
- The first ROAR Celebration was this past Friday. Students were recognized for so many amazing things on the stage! It was also our first assembly run completely by the Academy Ambassadors, composed of 4th and 5th grade leaders.
- The Fun Run is going great. We are now well over the halfway mark and looking to meet our goal, but need all our families to do so. The students had their first "fairy visit" and the $200 Earners were announced over the PA system. Keep up the great work!
- The 1st "Walk to School" day was a huge success. Thank you to all the students and families that joined.
- The Kinders had a great day on the farm as did the 5th Graders at Great Esker Park!!! So many great pics below!
- Picture Day is October 17th...be sure to dress your best for those adorable Fall school pics.
Have a wonderful long weekend! We'll see you bright and early on Tuesday!

Attendance and Being on Time
Reminder: We know kids will get sick and miss school from time to time. Please be sure to call the school office and report them being out. The attendance hotline is open all morning up to 8:30AM. Call and report an absence each time they are out at 781.335.4717. Our goal is to cut down on absenteeism...because when kids are out, it's really hard for them to keep up with their peers who are in every day!

As a reminder- ALL students participate and get a T-shirt for the day of the event!
All money raised goes back into our school so we can do more with the kids- with past fun run earnings we’ve been able to expand the playground furniture, add the outdoor classroom, refill outdoor recess equipments 2x, purchase new stage curtains and more!
