Returning Student Registration is now open
All returning students will complete registration through Alma. You should have already activated your account using the email sent earlier this year.
If you have not yet activated your account using that link, please contact email lmondo@medinah11.org or techhelp@medinah11.org to request a new activation link.
Please note that families of students entering Kindergarten, 3rd grade, and 6th grade will be required to provide proof of residency.
To begin, log in to your Alma account using the appropriate link below. If your child is changing schools due to grade promotion, please log in through the Alma portal for the school they attended during the previous school year.
Click on “Forms & Tasks.” This will take you to the registration process.
Click on your student’s name and select “Begin New Process.” From there, choose the appropriate school, the 2026–2027 school year, and your student’s grade level.
A form will then appear below for you to complete.
Please be sure to click the “Submit” button at the end of the process to complete your registration. Once submitted, you should see the status update to “Application in Review.”

Wednesday, August 19th - First day of School
From the Nurse's office
- Physical exams are required for students entering Kindergarten and 6th grade.
- Dental exams are required for students in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 6th grade.
- Vision exams are required for students entering Kindergarten.
Please ensure all required forms are completed and submitted as part of the registration process. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Lunch Information
- All students must be registered for school to create a MyMeals account.
- You will need to put in your students ID number
- Please create your account to order milk only or lunches each week.
- Lunch orders for the following week will always be due the Wednesday prior.
- PLEASE NOTE: Approved Free and/or reduced lunch participants still need to register and order their meals and/or milk using the MyMeals program. Only those eligible and who have placed an order via MyMeals will receive a free or reduced meal. (SEE BELOW FOR THE FREE/REDUCED APPLICATION).
