Open enrollment for Health Insurance August 9-25, 2023
Open enrollment for Health Insurance will be held from August 9-25, 2023. During this time you can make any changes to your health insurance, including changing plans or adding/removing dependents. After August 25, 2023, changes can only be made with a qualifying event. All changes and new plan premiums take effect on October 1, 2023. Risk Management will be sending an email with information for open enrollment. Also, please check the Risk Management website for health insurance information. You will need to complete the open enrollment process by completing a Google Form.
New this year: Waiver of Anchor Bronze Enrollment (WABE) Non-medical plan option. TVUSD is now offering full time Certificated employees a non-medical plan option at no cost to the employee. WABE Benefits include the Employee Assistance Program, VIDA Health,TeleDoc Medical Opinions, MD Live, Health Screening and Flu Shot Programs. *Some restrictions apply. Members who enroll in WABE are not eligible for dental and vision benefits.
