For our class parties on Thursday, December 18:

• The Fast Pass pre-registration is now closed to allow preparation for the visitor badges and student tickets.
• Fast Pass envelopes will be sent home with your child by Tuesday, December 16. Please check your child's backpack and ensure these are secure. Remember to bring them with you, if you plan to attend on Thursday.
• Class parties are 9:30-10:00. Fast Pass visitors must wear their visitor badge and will enter the door to the left of the front doors.
• Any campus visitors without a Fast Pass pre-registration will join the check-in line at the front office beginning at 9:00. Entry is not guaranteed as the class parties end promptly at 10:00. Present your drivers' license or ID at the front office. Campus visitors will enter the front doors.

• Fast Pass "early check out" will signed out at the child's classroom, the student ticket will be handed to the staff at the door, and then they must be scanned at the front doors to exit.
• For all other early check out, students will remain in the classroom while the adult goes to the library to show their ID or drivers license to check out the student. The staff in the library will contact the classroom for the child to come to the library. The staff will give the parent a student ticket to present at the front doors. Staff will then scan the student at the front doors to exit.

Christmas Break is December 22-January 5. Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

• For Friday, December 19 only: Any transportation change or early pick up must be made by 10:55am following normal campus procedures.

From the Nurse:

The clinic is in need of some supplies for the children that we have been running low on. We would be super grateful for donations of:

• plastic grocery bags

• feminine hygiene supplies

• baby wipes

• packs of underwear (boys or girls, sizes 6 and up)

• pants or shorts for boys and girls (sizes 6 and up)

• Please no more shirts, we have so many that we cannot fit anymore!

In preparation for the holiday season, we are collecting the following:

• Christmas wrapping paper rolls
• Non-perishable food items that are in-date
• Gift card donations for staff incentives and appreciation for November and December ($5 and up)

These items may be brought to the front office and may be anonymous or include a family name.

Please complete this form to pre-register for your child's class party at 9:30-10:00 on December 18. Parties will be in classrooms. Please complete this form (button above) for each person who will attend by Friday, December 12 at noon. Fast Pass student tickets and visitor badges will be sent home by Tuesday, December 16.

• Completing the Fast Pass allows for a faster check-in on the day of the event AND for faster student check-out.
• Select early check out for your child/ren, to help the check out process. Fast Pass students will be signed out AT the classroom AND their ticket scanned at the front doors when exiting. Bring the student tickets with you.
• Bring your visitor badges and student Fast Pass tickets with you on December 18.

Any visitors for student check-out without Fast Pass tickets and badges on December 18 will take time to process; resulting in long lines and delayed dismissal.

A reminder that all Hope Elementary students qualify for free breakfast each day 7:00-7:50. Arrive in time to get breakfast and eat before instructional time begins at 7:55.

MAP Growth Assessment Family Reports have been uploaded to the Conroe ISD Home Access Center (HAC). The MAP Growth Family Report summarizes how your student is performing academically, as measured by the most recent MAP Growth test taken. To access the MAP Growth Family Report in HAC, navigate to the District Applications tab and click on "MAP Testing Reports".

• To learn more about the MAP Growth test, you can view the What is MAP Growth Video for Families (English) or Qué es MAP Growth-Video for families (Spanish).
• Additional information about MAP Growth can be found by visiting NWEA.org/familytoolkit.

We are hosting our 3rd Annual Caney Creek Feeder Zone Health/Resource Fair on Saturday, December 13th from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at Moorhead. There will be local vendors and organizations from the community, health screenings, free haircuts, Santa, Mrs. Clause, and more. I have attached a flyer in English and Spanish.
