The Lodi USD Strategic Plan
Earlier this year, our community in Lodi and in North Stockton got together (schools staff and families together) to give their input on the future direction of the schools in our district.
Last week we looked at Focus Area #4 - Employee Success. This week, I want to share the 4th Focus Area of our Strategic Plan.
Focus Area #5 - Employee Success
- Establish Engagement Expectations
- Streamline and Enhance Accessible Communication
- Expand Volunteerism and Community Partnerships
- Promote Positive School and District Culture
We have been so glad to have already had a number of family events this year. This includes our ice cream social, lunch on the lawn, back to school night, and even the recent coffee with parents event out in front of the school this last Monday. 🏫
Our students benefit from knowing that we are all working together to support them. When they see their family here at Parklane, engaged with the school staff, it lets them know that we are also on the same team and working together in their best interest. Thank you to all of you who have taken your precious time to be involved in our campus events so far this year! 🤝
As we move to our Fall Break after next week, I want to thank you all as well for your trust and support in helping to educate your students. It is our honor and privilege.
