D97 Special Olympics

Special Olympics in D97 includes students with AND without intellectual disabilities - we have UNIFIED teams

• Buses are available to take your child after school from their home school TO practices for all athletes with and without disabilities.

• All athletes will need to be picked up after practice.

• NOTE: Our district uses Lakeview Bus Company.

Special Olympics requires two forms in order for athletes to participate in their tournaments.

These forms are NOT required for our practices. Athletes who are 8 years or older can participate in the following tournaments: rhythmic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, track, and state games.
