The South Carolina High School League has added a new form that must be completed for student-athlete eligibility. The form, titled Parent and Student Eligibility Waiver, must be signed electronically by both students and parents.

Please log into your PlanetHS account and complete this form, along with any other outstanding sections, as soon as possible. This is essential for your student to participate in athletics this year.
