    Message for the Week: Message for the Week:

    Message from Mr. Tejkl

    The words we speak...

    Good morning!

    What a beautiful weekend that was full of many great things both through school and outside of it! Can you believe that we are under three weeks until graduation? It is amazing how fast it has gone but also how many great things we have accomplished. I realize, whether it is just human nature or society in general, that it is easy to find the negative in the good that happen but how can we change our thinking with that?

    You are the one that is control of your actions and with what you say. It doesn't cost anything to be kind and to give compliments/praise, for even the littlest of things. You will never know what those words will do to someone and their wellbeing. Not only will it help others but it can help you too. The more positive we find around us, the more positives we find in ourselves and I think that is the biggest challenge as we are the biggest critics of ourselves. I am a hypocrite of this. I appreciate the patience and love I have at home although I don't always say or show that. I am love how my kids want to play or hangout but again, I don't always say or show the same. We are all busy but take the time to find the positives and live within the positives.

    Reflect on what are the positive things in your life and be thankful for what you have instead of always being in competition with those around us. Our children also see the power of our interactions and our words. Speak positive around them. Speak about the love and happiness that is around us all. The more we spread, the more we find and receive.

    Have a great rest of your Sunday and I will see you tomorrow!

    Quote of the week to reflect on:

    ""You are the creator of your destiny, and it starts with the words you speak in to your life. Speak positive things into your life, strong things, speak love and happiness into your life and you'll notice more love and happiness."

    @iamfearlesssoul

    Sincerely,

    Tucker Tejkl
