Stewart families,

Happy November! Hoodie weather is officially here. Be sure to write your child's name in all hoodies and coats. We receive lots of items in our lost and found. All items that are labeled with a student name are returned to the student. We will have our lost and found out during our annual Turkey Trot. Be sure to stop by to see if your child is missing an item. All items will be donated at the end of November.

We are looking forward to our students celebrating our Veterans on November 11th. There are several ways students can be involved. We hope your student participates in making a poster and in the writing competition! See the details below!

School attendance directly correlates to student success! Please make every effort to have your child at school each day, on time, and for the full duration of the school day. Instruction begins at 7:55 a.m. If your student is not inside the building by 7:55 a.m., please park, walk your child inside, and sign your child in for the day. Please do not drop your child off in front of the school after 7:55 a.m. as this is a safety concern. As a friendly reminder, students must be present at least 90% of the school year. Missed instructional minutes due to tardies or early dismissals add up to missed instructional days. Our instructional day goes goes from 7:55 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Please see our attendance policy linked as a button at the bottom of this newsletter for more information. Thank you for partnering with us to maximize our instructional day and to help your student grow!

Have a great week,

Dear Families,
Please remember that our school zone is a device-free, slow-speed area. As you drop off or pick up your child, stay alert, patient, and focused on the road. Speeding, distracted driving, or rushing through crosswalks can put children and staff at serious risk.

Let’s work together to keep every student safe. Drive slowly, stay attentive, and help us make our school a safe place for everyone! Thank you for your care and cooperation!

UPDATE: DUE 11/5

This project is optional. However, we do encourage our Mustangs to participate! This is in place of our slideshow we have done in years past.

Support our Stewart Mustang Choir with a choir fun shirt! Anyone can order a choir fun shirt. Orders can only be made through this School Cash online link. The last day to purchase your choir fun shirt will be November 16, 2025. Thank you for supporting the Stewart Mustang Choir!
