Principal's Message
Good evening, Dowell Lions!
I hope you all had a great week. Next week closes out Quarter One. It went so fast. Please double check your child’s grades and make sure everything is turned in, and all tests are made up/retested before Thursday. Reminder that teachers will not be accepting work from the beginning of the quarter. Students should keep current on their assignments to avoid being overwhelmed. If you have any questions, reach out to your child’s teacher as soon as possible to get everything squared away.
We are seeing an increase in tardies to class. Please remind your student of the importance of getting to class on time. If they need to stay back to speak with a teacher, we are happy to write a pass. We just don’t want a social life to delay class time. 😊
Remember, we have fall break starting next Friday. I am hoping that this will give everyone a chance to relax, get caught up on sleep, and reset.
Have a great weekend!
