Thunderbird Update

Good Morning Thunderbird Families!

Congratulations to our Zia Thunderbird Football team—City Champions! They brought the thunder and defeated the Mesa Rattlers! We are so proud of our players, coaches, and families for a fantastic season.

Girls basketball season tipped off this past weekend! Check out the schedule below and join us as we cheer on our Lady Thunderbirds. Boys soccer tryouts begin this week, and the soccer schedule will be shared soon!

Thursday is the big day for Lotería! Students can purchase their cards from Ms. Salopek in the library before school and during lunch. Just $5 buys a card and a chance to win prizes, including an iPad, Nintendo Switch, MP4 player, or food gift cards! Proceeds help fund school projects.

Students may wear their Halloween costumes on Friday! Please remember: no glitter, fake blood, weapons, or masks. Face paint must be applied at home before arriving at school.
