This weekly update will be how we communicate with the school community. Please check your emails on Fridays for the most recent school news.

Principal Corner

Happy Friday, Chapelfield Families.

Thank you to all of the families who have served our country! Today, we were able to celebrate those Veterans in a school wide assembly. Our students, led by Tracy Hermann (our music teacher), sang to our honorees who started their day with a wonderful breakfast. PTO sponsored that breakfast. Thank you and thank you to the team of teachers that put together our first program since Covid: Ron Dimmerling, Tracy Hermann, Jessica Long, Mellody Melville, Mary Beth Powell, and Rob Williams.

The entire staff was so proud of our students who showed PAWS! It was a great day to be a Chapelfield Lion! Enjoy a few pictures from our event below!

Please also remember there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, November 13 for Professional Development day for all staff.

Have a great long weekend and Happy Veterans Day!

Sincerely,

Nikki Miller

Playground at the end of the day

Students cannot stay after school without an adult on our playground for safety reasons. Please let your child know that if they are a walker, we will be asking them to leave right at the time of dismissal. If you are staying with your child, we ask that you actively supervise them. Thank you for your support.
