You're invited to an inspiring evening at the CCA Spring Art and Music Festival! The gym will come alive with art and music on Thursday, May 14th, 2026. This Student Information document contains all the details you need for this exciting event. All of our music students will be participating to share their musical gifts with you! Every CCA student, from both fall and spring semesters of Art, will have at least one piece of art on display.

Please note, the festival is part of our music program. Middle school students who are unable to attend must complete an alternate assignment:

So far this school year, CCA families have logged a staggering 10,270 hours of service! This collective effort is a powerful testament to the dedication you have for our students and our mission. A special shout-out is in order for the 108 families who have already met or exceeded their 40-hour volunteer requirement for the year. Your commitment sets a phenomenal example and directly impacts the quality of education and environment we provide for every child.

As we head into the final stretch, please remember that responsible, engaged parents are a foundational pillar upon which Cherry Creek Academy was built. We still have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities available throughout the month of May, and we truly need everyone’s help to finish the year successfully.

If you haven't yet fulfilled your service requirement, now is the perfect time to sign up and contribute your unique talents. Whether it’s helping with end-of-year events, assisting in the classroom, or supporting our administrative goals, your participation is vital to our collective success. • Alumni who want to keep the CCA spirit alive!

• Students to wear on weekends, at sports games, or out in the community!

Our community is made up of a beautiful tapestry of backgrounds and experiences. To help our staff better understand the significant dates and traditions that matter to our students, the Culture and Climate Committee has put together a brief survey.

We are committed to keeping our community well-informed. Please read these important updates from our Board of Directors Meeting on April.

Calling all Cherry Creek Academy families! Give yourself the evening off while the kids take over Urban Air for an epic Parent’s Night Out. It’s high-energy fun for them and a well-deserved break for you.

Platinum Ticket – $39 per participant

• Unlimited access to ALL Platinum attractions (height/safety restrictions apply)

• Urban Air socks (to keep)

• 2 slices of cheese pizza

• 1 bottled water

• Secure check-in and check-out process

• Café available for additional purchases (outside food/beverages prohibited)

Platinum Attractions Include (rides subject to height/safety requirements): Go-Karts, Sky Rider Zip Line, Ropes Course, Climbing Walls, Leap of Faith, Warrior Course, Tubes Indoor Playground, Drop Zone, Pro Zone Trampoline, Battle Beam, Apex Open Trampoline, Slam Dunk Trampoline, Dodgeball Trampolines, and Runway Trampoline.

This event is not being hosted or attended by the CCA Parent Teacher Organization or CCA Staff. Families that participate will be entering a direct agreement with Urban Air Adventures and Trampoline Park for child care and not the CCA PTO or Cherry Creek Academy.

We are looking for a New Family Breakfast Chair to help us kick off the year with a bang on Saturday, August 15—the first Saturday after school starts!

This is such a special role because you’ll be one of the first friendly faces to welcome our newest Eagles into the CCA community once the first week of school is officially in the books. You won’t be flying solo, either—you’ll work hand-in-hand with our VP of Community Relations to plan a delicious morning of food and fun at the beautiful Westlands Park. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the start of the year and knock out a chunk of your volunteer hours while the summer sun is still shining!

CCA Foundation would like to sincerely thank everyone for helping make this year’s Fun Run such an incredible success!

The excitement leading up to the Fun Run from both students and teachers was truly amazing to see, and we are so grateful for the energy and support from our entire school community.

A huge thank you to our sponsors, whose generous support contributed $28,000 toward this event. Sponsor funding is separate from the student fundraising completed through Booster, which brought in an additional $36,479, bringing our grand total to $64,479! 🎉

Because of this incredible success, we are well on our way toward our planned library renovation in Summer 2027. 📚

We hope every family received a Sponsorship Guide. If not, please check your child’s backpack, or additional copies are available at the front desk. We encourage everyone to support these amazing sponsors for future services and needs.
