Piney Point of View: Marching Toward Spring
Welcome to March—officially the longest month of the year! We’ve made it, Grizzlies, and we’re on a fast downhill slide toward Spring Break. This stretch of the year is always full, but also full of opportunity. Once we return, we’ll jump right into the heart of testing season, so now is a great time to pause, take care of yourself, stay healthy, and enjoy the fresh start of Q4.
March also means we are just a few short weeks away from G3 – our Grizzlies Great Day of Giving! This is one of our favorite Piney Grove traditions, where every grade level participates in meaningful, hands-on service projects that directly support our community. To make these projects a success, we need your help. Over the next couple of weeks, please consider sending in donations for your student’s grade-level project. Every item has value, just like every child and every member of our school family, and together we can create an incredible impact.
And finally, a HUGE congratulations to our FBLA, DECA, Robotics, HOSA, and Science Olympiad teams for their amazing representation at their state and region competitions this past week. We are so proud of our students and their hard work, and grateful for the dedicated staff who support and prepare them throughout the year.
With #pineypride,
Lori
