THEATRE SEATING

- Audience members must remain in their seats. No one is permitted to stand in the aisles or near the stage.
- We ask families to attend one performance. If there are extra tickets, we can open it up for the 2nd performance, but it would be helpful to have no more than 2 guests for the 2nd performance.

TRANSPORTATION
GETTING TO MILLER SYMPHONY HALL
ALL STUDENTS WILL WALK FROM SCHOOL TO MILLER SYMPHONY HALL
Dress rehearsals will be held in the morning. Because we are so close, we will move back and forth as needed throughout the day.
Students may not be dropped off, nor picked up at Miller Symphony Hall before the performance
If there is an emergency, contact the school. They will contact us immediately.
If for some reason, your child cannot attend the performance, we must know ahead of time. All Lead Actors are on stand-by for the other Lead Actor cast, so even if they are not scheduled to be on-stage, we are counting on their attendance.
GETTING PICKED UP FROM MILLER SYMPHONY HALL
- ALL STUDENTS WILL NEED A RIDE HOME FROM THE PERFORMANCE BOTH NIGHTS.
- After the performance, one parent will be called to the stage to meet their child as they are called up in groups, ie 'dancers', 'ensemble', etc.
- For the evening you are not attending, please plan to arrive at Miller Symphony Hall around 8:15-8:30 pm to pick up your child outside in front of Miller Symphony Hall. We will send a notification when the performance is over.
COSTUMES, HAIR & MAKEUP
Our Visual Art Team will be assisting students with costumes, hair and makeup. If your child has an allergy and/or you do not want any makeup, please contact your child's teacher before the performance days.
MEDICATION
Students may not bring medication of any kind to the symphony. This includes inhalers, Tylenol, allergy medications, nose spray, etc.
If your child requires any medication, please contact Mrs. Ide, School Nurse, so we can make proper arrangements, at 610-841-4560 or DIde@artsacademyecs.org
IN AN EMERGENCY...
