Happy Sunday,

Tomorrow, 3/16, Talbot staff will be sending out digital invites for families to sign up for Parent / Teacher Conferences. Conferences will be offered, Wednesday evening, April 1st, in person, AND Thursday afternoon, April 2nd, virtually. Thursday, 4/2 will be a half day for students with dismissal @11:50AM.

The Scholastic Book Fair will be coming to Talbot. Students can shop during their library time the week of March 30th. It will also be open during Parent / Teacher Conferences Wednesday evening, 4/1. Please be on the lookout for more information coming home in your child’s backpack tomorrow.

Mrs. Glendye started her annual March Madness of books with students this week. Students will be voting on books until we have a winner.

Be sure to join Talbot’s monthly Parent Council meeting, this Thursday, March 19th, @ 5:30PM, in the library OR virtually.

"Weymouth Public Schools Wraparound Resource Center offers an ongoing, free, in-person Grandparents Who Are Raising Their Grandchildren Support Group. This group continues to provide a welcoming space for caregivers to connect with others in similar situations, share experiences, and access helpful resources. The next meeting will take place on Friday, March 20th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Wraparound Center, 1051 Commercial Street. 26-27 Bus Applications: Bus applications for the 26-27 school year will be emailed to all families in May. Outstanding bus fees for the current school year must be resolved with the school to prevent delays in processing bus applications for next year.
