Giving Impact Report
Spring 2026
Celebrating 30 Years of What God Has Accomplished Through You.
Head of School
NCA Partners,
Thank you for your continued support of God’s work happening in the lives of our students. This year, we are celebrating 30 years as a school, and our theme for the year has been “God is Faithful”. We have spent the year recounting stories of God’s faithfulness to our school, and in our individual lives. It has been a pleasure to hear the stories of God’s faithfulness to Northshore through the years. Recounting stories of His faithfulness in the past emboldens us to know that He will continue to be faithful in the future.
One way God has been faithful to NCA is through your generous financial support. Our Team is delighted to send you this Giving Impact Report that celebrates what we have accomplished together over the past year. From playgrounds to teacher work spaces, fine arts equipment to athletic jerseys, your generous financial support is having an immediate and lasting impact in the lives of our students each and every day.
As you review, I want to draw your attention specifically to the staff who have benefitted from your investments. Their words say it better than I can in sharing how the funding focuses are serving our students.
In closing, we are excited to enter this new decade of a school. We have some ambitious projects in the works, and I am excited for our team to connect with you to share where we feel God leading us next. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or would like to visit about opportunities to accelerate our school’s strategic growth plans.
God is Faithful!

EL Playground Updates
Over the summer, we were excited to begin Phase 2 of our Playground Master Plan with the installation of new playground improvements. With the help of dedicated parent volunteers, much of the work was completed collaboratively, allowing us to stretch our funds further and maximize the impact of every dollar invested. This progress marks another important step toward creating engaging, durable, and student-centered outdoor spaces, and we are grateful to our community for making it possible.

New Staff Break Rooms
Updated Early Learning and Middle School Break Rooms
Thanks to a generous supporter with a passion for blessing our teachers, we were able to transform the Middle School break room and the Early Learning break room into warm, welcoming spaces designed just for our staff—a place to pause, collaborate, and feel genuinely cared for. Outfitted with cozy couches, spacious tables and chairs, coffee bars, refrigerators, accent lighting, and thoughtful finishing touches, these rooms are more than just break areas—they’re daily expressions of gratitude.
They have quickly become favorites, serving as daily reminders that our staff’s hard work is seen and deeply appreciated. We are so grateful for the care and kindness that made this transformation possible.

Middle School Fine Arts Upgrades!
Thanks to your generous support, our Middle School students were able to vote on Fine Arts upgrades—and now, their top three choices have become a reality. We’re excited to share that your donations funded these projects:
1. Yamaha Speakers | A sound investment in student success!
2. High Quality Microphones | Your generosity makes every note count.
Worship Leadership, General Music, and Choral Arts Specialist
"The speakers have drastically improved our room's sound and have been able to bless the school community at large with their usage at concerts and at our school's 'See you at the Pole' worship event. Our Sennheiser microphones have improved our choirs blend and have been a blessing to use in concert and rehearsal settings."
Josh Cummings
3. Over The Ear Microphones & Belt Packs | Because of you, every voice is heard.
Middle School Musical Director
"We are so excited to have some new over the ear microphones and belt packs for our musical performance this year! One of the beautiful things about NCA is that we have a very diverse student body. We will be getting a couple new cocoa microphones, so we can better match our cast member's skin tones. We are very blessed to have access to incredible equipment for our program. We have such talented kids, and we want to showcase them well. Come watch Annie Jr. - bet your bottom dollar it's going to be amazing!"

Athletic Director
"Seeing our track and cross-country athletes' step into brand-new jerseys in the Spring and Fall will be incredibly exciting. Thanks to the support and generosity given towards funding these jerseys, our NCA teams will not only look sharp and stand out among the other schools in our league, but will also reflect the pride, unity, and excellence we strive for every day."

2025 NCA Educator Excellence Awards
The NCA Educator Excellence Program honors the many outstanding teachers across our campus who embody our mission and strive for excellence. Your generous contributions to the 2025 Walk-a-Thon funded the awards! The Walk-a-thon will remain the primary source of funding until we reach our 5-year goal of $300,000, which will sustain the program through the growing Educator Excellence Award Thrivent Investment Fund. Thank you for your investment in our Christian educators, who play a crucial role in shaping the hearts, minds, and souls of your children.
Congratulations!

Greenhouse Laboratory Update
Thanks to your support from last spring’s Walk-A-Thon, our greenhouse project is making great progress!
We’re pleased to share that the Conditional Use Permit and Architect Site Review have both been approved. The greenhouse has been ordered, and the building permit is officially in place. With these key steps completed, we’re moving forward toward construction.
We look forward to celebrating this milestone with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in November 2026. Thank you for helping turn this vision into reality!
