88.5% Referral Free! ⭐

In April, 88.5% of our students did not receive a referral. This accomplishment reflects the positive choices our students are making each day and the continued support of our staff and families. We are proud of the respectful, responsible, and safe behaviors demonstrated throughout our school community. Thank you to everyone for helping create a positive learning environment where students can succeed.

One area we can continue to improve is cell phone usage, which continues to be our most common referral. Let’s work together to put away cell phones during the school day so we can increase our percentage even more next month!

North Pride Starts With Respecting Our Spaces

Recently, we have noticed an increase in littering during lunches, passing times, and at sporting events. As a school community, we want to remind students to take pride in North by helping keep our campus clean and welcoming for everyone.

North Pride is about more than academics and activities — it’s also about showing respect for our school, our staff, and each other. Thank you for supporting these expectations and encouraging students to leave every space better than they found it.

Update to Graduation Commencement Protocols

Class of 2026 as we approach graduation, we are committed to ensuring our commencement ceremony is a meaningful and inclusive celebration of every student's hard work and dedication.

Based on recent feedback and a review of our commencement traditions, we are pleased to announce an update to our ceremony protocols. Moving forward, the district will announce the names of all students who have achieved graduation status, regardless of their ability to attend the ceremony in person, if they wish to have their name announced.

If your student is unable to attend the commencement ceremony but would still like their name to be read aloud during the ceremony, we ask that you officially notify us through this Form. This form only needs to be completed if your child cannot attend the ceremony, but would like their name announced as a graduate of the Class of 2026.

The deadline for completion of this form is May 15th. Please reach out to your child's administrator for any additional questions or concerns.
