RHHS Wildcats News You Can Use
#WEARERH 10/13/2025
Happy Fall Break!
I sure hope you all had a restful and relaxing Fall Break! With Fall Break coming to a close, I wanted to remind you of the events of Wednesday, October 15 .... This day has a place and purpose for all and we look forward to students being able to work through the following:
- 9th - Teen Safety Matters & You Science
- 10th - PSAT
- 11th - ASVAB (For Those 11th Graders Not Signed up for PSAT)
- 12th - Digital Learning Day (Do Not Report to Campus; Google Classroom Activity)
With the 1st semester crossing the mid-way mark, fall weather in the air, and a full slate of academics, clubs and athletics activities on full display there is no doubt that we are well on our way through a successful 1st semester at 500 Wildcat BLVD. As you come back from Fall Break, I challenge you with the following:
-
Check In - Take a few minutes to review grades and attendance together. Knowing exactly where things stand today helps guide the right choices for tomorrow. A simple check-in can spark positive habits that pay off in big ways at the end of the semester.
Stay Engaged - High school is more than classes, assessments and project submission—it’s about connection. Whether it’s joining a club, attending a fine arts performance, or cheering on a Wildcat athletic event, find ways to get involved. Research consistently shows that students who engage in school activities not only enjoy their experience more but also demonstrate higher academic success. Engagement builds pride, purpose, and community.
Finish What You Started- With the semester halfway over, it can be easy to feel like the finish line is near—but this is actually the moment that matters most. Encourage your student to stay focused, keep working hard, and finish strong. There’s still plenty of time to make this semester the best yet. Remember: it’s not how you start—it’s how you finish.
Enjoy your next day away as we the staff at RHHS prepares with a full-day of professional learning to be in the best of positions to support each of our Wildcats upon their return from Fall Break!
See ya, Love ya, Bye!

Car-rider/parent drop-off information - Click Here
- If you are dropping off a car rider, please stay in the right lane and keep the left lane open when entering the round-a-bout for our student drivers.
- When dropping your child off in the morning and when picking them up in the afternoon, we kindly ask that you pull all the way down to the sidewalk right before the student parking lot B entry and ensure that your child is ready to unload as soon as you stop. This will allow for us to clear Belfast Keller and keep traffic rolling. Is it further than curbside drop-off? Yes. Is it going to allow for more cars to drop off at once? Yes. Is it a safe alternative? Absolutely. We appreciate you working with us so we can clear the car line in a timely fashion.
- If I arrive with my child prior to the 7am opening of school can they disembark from the car? Yes. We would appreciate you going ahead and letting them out. They are welcome to wait outside in the front of the school or step into the air conditioned foyer of the building prior to all-staff arrival.
