PTA Weekly Update
September 16, 2024

January 26, 2026
Good morning Husky families!
February might be a short month but it’s a big month at Spring Brook! The Kids Heart Challenge and Adult Social make for lots of fun for our students and parents alike. Read on for more details:
- Whether you're more Seattle grunge or Clueless-preppy, we encourage you to get into the spirit and head "Back the 90s" for a fun night out to support the school on Saturday, February 21. Purchase your tickets to the Adult Social now!
- Have you signed your child(ren) up for the Kids Heart Challenge yet? The KHC helps students learn how to keep their hearts, bodies, and brains healthy while helping kids with special hearts live longer, healthier lives. Spring Brook is already 66% of the way to reaching our $26,000 fundraising goal, and classes can earn incentives based on participation. Let's do it!
Please join us this Thursday for our monthly PTA meeting. We will meet in the multipurpose room on Thursday, January 29, starting at 9:30 a.m.
In addition to the newsletter, check our website for information on these programs and more.
Have a good week!

Spring Brook Elementary has joined the KHC Lifesavers League! Each year, we participate in the American Heart Association's Kids Heart Challenge. Through this program, our students learn how to keep their hearts, bodies and brains healthy while helping kids with special hearts live longer, healthier lives.
