Celebrating AmeriCorps Week (March 8–14)
March 8–14, we proudly celebrate AmeriCorps Week, a time dedicated to recognizing the incredible impact of AmeriCorps members serving in communities across the country.
AmeriCorps Week is an annual opportunity to shine a light on individuals who commit their time, talents, and passion to strengthening schools, supporting students, and building stronger communities. Throughout the nation, AmeriCorps members serve in classrooms, mentor students, coordinate family engagement efforts, and provide vital academic and social-emotional support.
Here at our school, we are especially grateful for our AmeriCorps staff. Their dedication, patience, and unwavering encouragement make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students every single day. Whether they are offering one-on-one academic support, helping students build confidence, assisting teachers, or organizing enrichment opportunities, their impact is felt throughout our entire school community.
Service is at the heart of AmeriCorps, and our members truly embody that spirit. They show up each day ready to support, inspire, and uplift our students — and for that, we are deeply thankful.
Please join us in celebrating and thanking our AmeriCorps team during March 8–14 for their commitment to service and their continued dedication to our school community. We are grateful for all that they do!
