Swap shop is open to PISD students to redeem vouchers, swap clothing for different clothing, or to donate school appropriate clothing. 7226 Bailey Road

🏐 October 21st 6:30pm- Pom Poms for the Student Section

Cheer on the Oiler Varsity Volleyball team — we’ll have pom poms for the student section to show their spirit!

🌮 October 29th – Torchy’s Spirit Night (All Day!)

Grab your tacos and support PHS! A portion of proceeds from the entire day will benefit the PTA.

❗October 31st - Seniors Qualify for Scholarships & Membership Raffle

In order for seniors to qualify for our local scholarships, senior or parent must be a member by 10/31. Deadline to be included in our Membership Raffle is 10/31.

PHS PTA will host a Trick-or-Treat Table for staff on Friday, October 31st.

🖤💼 Leadership & Training

• Members of the Executive Board attended Launch Training to kick off the year strong and stay connected with PISD initiatives.

🍳 Supporting Students & Staff

• Served breakfast for teachers on their first day back.

• Provided breakfast for Seniors at Senior Sunrise.

• Hosted breakfast for college recruiters visiting with Seniors.

🎉 Events & School Spirit

• Hosted Purse Bingo — the most successful PHS PTA event ever! 🎉

• Sponsored inflatables for Oiler Fest to add fun for all ages.

• Supplied lemonade and candy for the Homecoming Dance.

• Handed out Thundersticks for the Student Section at the Pearland vs. Dawson football game!

• Organized two Spirit Nights supporting our school community.

🏈 Volunteering & Community

• Staffed the Concession Stand for 5 Subvarsity games, contributing over 90 volunteer hours — thank you, volunteers!

• Participated in the PISD Council of PTAs meeting.

• Hosted our First Membership Meeting featuring guest speaker Kim Barfield from the PISD Education Foundation.

• Funded two Teacher Grants to support classroom innovation.
