Greetings Lockerman Families,

We are in the home stretch now with summer break on the horizon! Thank you to everyone for your support this school year.

Laptops will be collected on Friday, June 13th. Students must turn in their laptop, laptop bag, and charger they received at the beginning of the year. Yondr cell phone pouches will be collected on the last day of school (6/17). All outstanding media center books are due now. Any unreturned items (technology, pouches, books) will become a financial obligation. Students who do not turn in a Yondr pouch will be charged a $30 fee.

For 8th graders moving on to the high school, obligations will follow you. Outstanding obligations will prevent you from purchasing a homecoming ticket in the fall.

Please see below for additional updates and important information regarding end of the year activities. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Communication Procedures Communication Procedures

We value our home-school partnerships and want to be available to you, but during the student school day, administrator and counselor availability may be limited as we work with students and in classrooms. When calling during the school day, please let the secretary know if it is urgent. Otherwise, please know we may not be able to call you back until after dismissal. If you want to meet in person, please call to schedule an appointment. We do understand that sometimes urgent matters arise that can not be planned for, and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Emailing School & District Staff

Spam filters are designed to identify emails that attackers or marketers use to send unwanted or dangerous content. They also throw out malware, malicious, and virus-infested emails and protect user security. Unfortunately, spam filtering is an inexact science that at times blocks legitimate messages.

Should you send an email to a staff member and not receive a reply within a reasonable amount of time (no more than 48 hours), please call the office.
