Student & Families Walk Your Schedule

First-day jitters? Let’s shake those off! 📍 Come walk your schedule on August 11 from 5:00–6:00 PM at Lebanon Trail High School. You’ll get to explore the building, locate your classrooms, and feel more ready to start the year strong. This is a come-and-go event—bring your schedule and a smile! 🐎✨

Proof of Residency (POR) & Powerschool Registration Guidelines

URGENT: Please submit your Powerschool online registration and/or Proof of Residency as soon as possible. Schedules will ONLY be released to students who have completed the annual enrollment; furthermore, students who have NOT completed the annual enrollment requirements will not be able to attend class on the first day of school and will be withdrawn.

Documentation of a current utility bill is required to complete the registration process for all students. Please have the following information available when accessing the website to submit your student’s proof of residency:

  • Student ID #

  • School Campus

  • Student Date of birth

  • Parent/Guardian Phone number (same as on file with the school)

  • PDF of acceptable proof of residence

Parents with multiple students attending LTHS will need to submit proof of residency for each student individually. Once submitted the proof of residency will be reviewed by staff to verify it meets District Requirements. If we cannot accept your POR for any reason, you will be contacted for further information.

Students without the necessary POR will report to a staging area the first day of school and will be provided with a printed schedule. If the POR is NOT received by Monday, August 18 the student will be withdrawn.

No Food Deliveries or Deliveries of Any Kind

Food deliveries (and other deliveries) for students from parents or guardians are NOT permitted. No outside school deliveries from sources such as UBER, Lyft or restaurant delivery will be accepted. Students are NOT permitted to exit the building for pickups of any kind. Any deliveries will be confiscated by campus administration and not returned to students.

New Bell Schedule for 2025-2026

.

New Rule: No Personal Devices at School

Starting Aug. 13, 2025, and in line with Texas House Bill 1481, Frisco ISD students can’t use personal devices — cellphones, smartwatches, tablets, personal laptops, earbuds and more — during the school day, even at lunch or between classes.

What to know: Students should leave devices at home when possible. If they bring them, devices must stay off and in backpacks from bell to bell. Devices seen, heard or used will be confiscated. All secondary students have a Chromebook to use for schoolwork.

Staying in touch: Students won’t be able to text or call you, so call the school office if you need to reach them. Staff will deliver urgent messages, and students can check their email on their Chromebook. Please keep your contact info updated and try to plan appointments or pickups in advance.

More details & FAQs

Video Door Monitoring

All exterior doors will be locked throughout the school day. Visitors, including parents and guardians, will need to use the video doorbell monitor at the main entrance to request access. A staff member will verify your identity before granting entry.

  • Students: Students arriving late must present their student ID to be admitted into the building.

  • Parents/Guardians: When you arrive, please have your driver's license ready to present to the video monitor.

Student Sign-Out

To check a student out during the school day, you will use the video doorbell monitor. With the new legislative changes, we will be adjusting our previous practice of encouraging parents to text students upon arrival. To avoid disruptions to the classroom and ensure a smooth process, please ensure your student is aware of any scheduled appointments. If an unexpected situation arises, such as an early appointment or a need to pick up your child, the front office will contact the student directly by notifying the classroom.

These new procedures will help us maintain a secure learning environment for everyone and ensure that we are in compliance with the new law. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we make this transition.

Door Monitor Instructions

  • Press the ring bell and wait for a response;

    • The ring will light up and you will hear a doorbell chime.

    • There may be a pause before you receive a response.

  • When you hear a response:

    • Hold your ID close to the camera

    • State your reason for visiting Lebanon Trail HS

  • If you are picking up a student:

    • Scan the QR Code to complete the Check Out Form

    • If your driver’s license has previously been scanned, please wait outside or in your vehicle for your student.

    • You will be asked to enter the office if your driver’s license has not been scanned.

    • Report your student’s absence using the Report an Absence feature on the LTHS website or by replying to the attendance email.

Congratulations to Tejasvi Manoj, for her impressive work in community education and digital safety. Tejasvi recently took the stage as a TEDx Talk speaker, where she shared her passion for protecting older adults from online threats in today's digital and AI-driven world. Her talk highlighted the importance of keeping our senior community safe, and it was a proud moment to see her share this vital message with a wider audience. You can watch her talk here: 🎥 TEDx Talk – Tejasvi Manoj

In addition to her TEDx Talk, Tejasvi was honored by the Mayor of Frisco with a Certificate of Recognition for her outstanding efforts to educate and protect the senior community from cyber fraud. This recognition not only celebrates Tejasvi's impactful work but also shines a light on Lebanon Trail High School's role in supporting student innovation and community involvement. We're incredibly proud of her accomplishments and the positive difference she's making!

The Best Buddies officer team ( Advika Singhal, Ali Mano, Nick Griffin, Garima Duggal) had a great time at Indiana University learning and growing together at the Best Buddies Leadership Conference. This year's theme was "Wickedly Inclusive," and it was definitely a wicked good time!"

Counseling Corner Counseling Corner

The Counselors are excited for this new school year.

Please read all of the below important information regarding how to view your schedule, when schedules will be viewable in HAC as well as information regarding our new counselors.

Student Schedule Release & Schedule Change Requests

For families who have submitted all required paperwork, registration, and proof of residency, and have no holds, class schedules will be viewable in Home Access Center (HAC) beginning Monday, August 4th at 10:00am. Please click here to view a short video on “how to view your schedule in HAC.”

As a reminder, course changes are not permitted at this time unless one of the following exceptions occurs:

  • You are a senior, and you are lacking a class to graduate

  • You are a junior or a senior, and you are lacking Level 1 of a World Language Credit.

  • You have already earned credit for an exact class that is on your schedule.

  • You are scheduled in a class more than one time (anything beyond a semester 1 and semester 2 of a full year class or a duplicate of a single semester class)

  • You have a "hole" in your schedule or are missing any of your core classes - math, science, social studies, English

  • You have decided to join or drop one of the 8 classes that are exceptions to the elective change rule of February 13th - athletics, band, choir, orchestra, drill team, color guard, debate, or Academic Decathlon.

Please access this link, starting August 4th should one of these exceptions occur: Schedule Change Request (students must use their FISD Google Account to access this form).

DO NOT DIRECTLY EMAIL YOUR COUNSELOR FOR A CHANGE, they will ask you to complete the form. There is space on there to type additional information if you have something you need to explain to your counselor about the change. Emailing them directly will only delay the process.

Students may also stop by the Counseling Office in person for immediate assistance during the appropriate time below if one of the above exceptions applies.

  • 12th grade- August 5th from 1:00pm-3:00pm

  • 11th grade- August 6th from 1:00pm-3:00pm

  • 10th grade- August 7th from 1:00pm-3:00pm

  • 9th grade- during Stampede on August 8th from 4:00-6:00 pm

**Please note that these schedules are not final even though they will be viewable. If you took an EA exam, they are not reflected in the schedule at this time. Please keep in mind that as counselors continue to level class sizes, student schedules may change. Student schedules will continue to be updated through Tuesday, August 12th. While classes typically will not change, the period or teacher may change as we level. In addition, Advisory sections may not be on the preliminary schedule, but will be included on the schedule before the first day of school. All students will need to verify their schedules again before school on August 13th in the event changes have occurred.

Due to the device ban from the state of Texas, students will need to know their 1A class prior to arriving at school on August 13th. Students will receive a printed schedule in their 1A class on August 13th.

Students must have their Info Snap complete, updated vaccination records filed, and Proof of Residency (POR) submitted in order to see their schedules on August 4th. You will also not be able to access your schedule if you have a hold on your account. After you submit the POR you should expect a 2-3 business day turnaround to see your schedule online through HAC.

Why can’t I view my schedule?

For families who have submitted all required paperwork, registration, and proof of residency, and have no holds, class schedules will be viewable in Home Access Center (HAC) on Monday, August 4th at 10:00am.
