Autism Awareness Month
April is Autism Awareness Month, a time to celebrate the many ways children learn and experience the world. Autism is one of many ways a brain can work, and students with autism bring unique strengths that enrich our school community.
Throughout the month, students will engage in ageāappropriate activities focused on kindness, understanding, and inclusion. We encourage families to continue these conversations at home by promoting patience, empathy, and respect for differences.
At our school, everyone belongs, and together we work to make sure every child feels valued and supported.
