The Weekly Update

We’ve made it easier to find the information, tools, and resources you need—whether you’re checking the school calendar, logging into Skyward, putting money in your child’s meal account, or getting in touch with your child’s school.

To begin, go to wbsd-schools.org.

From there, you can access any of the school websites by clicking on SCHOOLS in the top right corner. Each school website has its own calendar, announcements, contact information, staff directory, and school-specific resources.

You can find so much on the right side of the website on top of the large rotating photos. This is the header menu.

• Contact Us – Contact the West Bend School District staff, schools, and district office via email or by phone

• District Newsletter – Read the West Bend School District Update, our newsletter featuring important information, upcoming events, student and staff highlights, and more.

• Social Media – Follow the West Bend School District and your child’s school on social media for photos, celebrations, reminders, and a closer look at what’s happening in our schools.

Looking for something you need right now? Find It Fast is your shortcut to the information families use most. From here, you can quickly find the school-year calendar, important forms and waivers, breakfast and lunch menus, numbers to call for attendance offices, and the staff directory.

At Family/Student Portal, families can quickly access Canvas, RevTrak, and Skyward and there is also a separate option for student Canvas login.

Looking for information specific to your child’s school? Click on Schools at the top right of the website to access all school websites. Each school website has its own calendar, announcements, contact information, staff directory, and school-specific resources.

Those three horizontal lines just below SCHOOLS make up the Main Menu! Another name for this type of menu is a Hamburger Menu. Click on those lines and access so much information, such as Academics, including curriculum and assessments. Take a look around the menu and you will find the student/family handbook, all West Bend School Board meetings and policies, open jobs, facility rental, afterschool programs, and more.
