Dear Churchill Families,

Spring Break is just 10 days away, and time is flying! Before we head off to enjoy the break, we have an important task ahead: showing the State of Illinois how much our students have learned over the past year.

Starting Monday, March 17th, we will begin the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR). Please remind your student to bring their charged computer, headphones, get a good night’s sleep throughout the week, and enjoy a healthy breakfast each morning to help them perform their best. The testing will conclude on Friday, March 21.

To celebrate the end of testing, we will have a Spirit Week from March 24th –28th. Be sure to check out the flyer below for more details!

Additionally, all students will participate in the 5 Essentials Survey on Wednesday, March 19. This is an anonymous survey. Please note, this is also an early release day, and students will be dismissed at 12:00 noon. Parents, we also need your help. Please click the link below to take the short 5 Essentials survey as well.

As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the main office. We’re here to help!

Have a wonderful week ahead!

Warm regards,
Mrs. Peacock
