School Play
Come out and support our middle school thespians as they present Camp Twilight. This comedy is set at a summer camp with resident werewolves and vampires, plus persons of interest placed in the witness protection programβ¦. Come see how all these elements come together as our students bring this show to life.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for senior citizens and students (with school ID).
Show time is 7:00 PM on December 5 and 6 in the middle school cafetorium.
Developing a Stategic Plan: Input Needed
Northern Burlington has begun gathering information that will help us develop a new Strategic Plan. If you have not already, please consider providing feedback at this ThoughtExchange link. If you have already completed the survey, you can go back and rate responses that others have submitted. This online platform allows you to contribute by answering questions, sharing your thoughts, and rating the ideas of others. This feedback will be the foundation that will shape our new plan. We will host forums later this winter to discuss the results and next steps.

Water Bottles
We have gathered a large collection of water bottles. If your son or daughter is missing a water bottle, please have them check the display case in the main hallway. If their water bottle is in the case, they should just let the main office know and we will happily return it to them.

Clinical Corner
In the last Clinical Corner, many holiday stressors were highlighted, yet one was left out: financial stress. It can be challenging to afford all the things that go along with the holiday, and that list can seem endless. Again, the media paints a picture of it being easy to βdo and have it allβ, when the reality can be much different. Included here is a lengthy list of food banks in Burlington County. They list the days that their bank is open. I wanted to add the Columbus Baptist Church, as that is closer than some of the ones listed, yet it is not on the list. Their schedule is: the first Tuesday and Thursday of each month to shop and then on the third Wednesday of every month they have a grab and go. All of these organizations often welcome volunteers around the holidays if that is something you would like to do which can often help with the holiday blues.
Federal Impact Aid Survey
Since October 15, 2025, Northern Burlington has been electronically soliciting the US Department of Education's Federal Impact Aid Student-Parent Survey Form for the 2025-2026 School Year. This form is available through PowerSchoolβs parent portal. This survey is important and determines the amount of Federal Impact Aid the district receives. Consequently, this form, one for each student, needs to be completed and submitted by you (studentβs parent/guardian/sponsor) ASAP.
Beginning on October 15, 2025 you will not be able to access your child(ren)βs grades until the survey form is completed so, please complete this electronic survey form. Thank you!
NHS Tutoring
Is your child in need of academic support? Members of the High School National Honors Society provide tutoring to all Northern Burlington students. Middle School students can attend tutoring after school on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on September 24 in the Greyhound Learning Center. Interested students simply need to sign up during their lunch period.
Yearbook Photo Donations
PHOTO DONATIONS:
In the past few years, we have had so many people generously donate photos from their lives at home. We would love to have you share photos with us from life outside of the school building (July 2025-January 2026). We typically use photos of summer vacations, celebrations (birthdays, holidays), and free-time activities (hobbies, sports, relaxing, etc), but we would appreciate all photos. When uploading, please take the time to tag the students in the photo. Photo Share Link: https://photos.jostens.com/MQ8TN9
