Welcome Back!
Tardy Bell: 8:45
Dismissal: 3:00
***Breakfast will not be served after the 8:45 bell!
Important Information
Just a friendly reminder that doors open at 8:25 AM. Students may head to breakfast first and then to class.
For arrival, please remember there is no parent drop-off at Door A (front of the building), unless you are needing to enter the office. All drop off students should enter through Door B in the morning.
While we love seeing our families, no parents are allowed to enter classrooms without first stopping in the office for a badge and proper check in. No adults should be entering the building with their students at Door B.
Dismissal is at 3:00 PM each day.
Thank you for helping us create a safe and smooth start and end to the school day!
If there are any changes to your dismissal plan, you must call the office by 2:00 at the latest. Changes will not be guaranteed if you call after 2:00.
We love volunteers! However, if you want to volunteer you must have a background check on file. Background checks are good for 3 years. When submitting a new volunteer form, please fill out the required paperwork and bring your driver's license to the front office to scan through our Raptor system.
We also love visits. However, if you want to visit, you must give your child's teacher 24 hours notice. Thank you for your understanding!

Weather Update
As the weather starts changing we would like to remind everyone of our outdoor recess guidelines. Our students do go outdoors for recess in the cold. Now is the season to bring hats, gloves and winter coats. Our district guidelines state that we have outdoor recess unless the the temp is below 17degrees with the windchill.
Notes from Nurse Eva
We have now entered flu season, just want to remind everyone of the rules regarding attendance in school due to illness. If your child vomits at home or has active diarrhea, they must stay home at least 24 hours after the last episode of vomiting/diarrhea. If your child has a fever of over 100.4, they must stay home at least 24 hours after fever has resolved without the use of medications, like Tylenol. If your child is on antibiotics, it is ok to return to school with a Dr note, and the above vomiting/diarrhea/fever have resolved for over 24 hours. If your child tests positive for COVID or RSV, there is no new policy, just follow the fever policy and if they are having active symptoms such as cough, please keep them home until they are feeling better, cough droplets can infect others so they may return when cough resolves. Hand washing is important to prevent the spread of viruses and infections, please encouraged hand washing at home as we do here at school. Thank you.
Popcorn
This is a popcorn Friday.
Popcorn is $.50 a bag. Limit 2 bags per person
ESA Notes
Perfect Puff Pastry Fundraiser pick up is on November 20th from 5-7pm. These items come frozen and must be picked up as we do not have the freezer space to store them for you.
We unfortunately still have families who have not turned in their fundraiser money from the World's Finest Chocolate. This directly affects our ability to provide support to students and teachers. We as the ESA are held responsible for paying for the candy bars that were taken home by students. Not paying for the candy you took to sell now is coming from the pocket of the ESA which is here to provide student and teacher support in so many ways. Phone calls and official letters have gone home to those who have NOT turned money in. There was I signed permission slip that went home with all students, therefore you as the parent signed and dedicated to this responsibility. If you still have candy money out PLEASE reach out to the office to arrange payment ASAP.
