📣 Parent Conference Announcement📣

Dear Dealey Families,

We look forward to connecting with you during Parent Conferences and value the partnership we share in supporting our students’ success.

While we had hoped to host all parent conferences on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, we want to share an important update. Due to the high volume of activities occurring during this time of year—specifically Magnet testing scheduled that evening—some teachers will be actively administering magnet assessments and will not be available for conferences on that date.

What this means for families:

• Teachers who are conducting magnet testing on 1/27/26 will reschedule their parent conferences.

• These conferences will be held on an alternate date and/or time.

• Families will receive specific details directly from the teacher through their individual conference sign-up sheets.

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we work to ensure both magnet testing and parent conferences are conducted with care, focus, and professionalism. Thank you for your continued support and partnership.
