Hooray for the Boulevard Team 🎉

Good Afternoon Boulevard Staff,

Thank you all for everything you do each day to support our students and one another. I hope you enjoyed all of the special treats and celebrations during Teacher Appreciation Week. Every breakfast, lunch, snack, and gesture of appreciation was truly well deserved. Your dedication, patience, and commitment to our students make a difference every single day, and Boulevard is a better place because of each of you.

As we begin winding down the school year, please continue to be mindful of upcoming dates, events, deadlines, and end-of-year expectations. There is still important work ahead, and I appreciate your continued focus and teamwork as we finish the year strong together.

Wishing all of our Boulevard mothers a very Happy Mother’s Day! I hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend!

Important Reminders Important Reminders

  • Update the shared document with all assessments given in quarter 3, and continue updating it in quarter 4. Due May 25, 2026

  • 3-5 OST data analysis- Dionne will share the folder. Please review Rebecca McDonald's email on May 8th.

  • Please ensure Educlimer interventions and attendance are documented in Educlimer by May 15, 2026. We will send emails if the information is not documented.

  • Blue and Pink Cards (optional), let Dionne know, and she will make copies. Electronic Class List has been shared ( + (above) @ (at grade level) - (below grade level).

  • Placement meetings will be the week of May 18th during TBT’s

  • Inview Slide show- Inview Talent and Development Slideshow. Review with students before administering the test. Inview Assessment window opens May 13th-20th

  • After Testing- Continue to follow District Pacing (Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies)

  • District TBT’s this week, May 12th- 15th

  • TBT- Grade level classroom list planning for SY26-27, May 18th- May 22nd; 5th-grade TBT will be on your own on May 22.

  • Acadience Testing May 4th- 22nd

  • 3rd Grade MAP support (May 20-22nd, May 25th) for students who did not get the TGRG score (parent meetings before the end of the school year)
