Join the Cardinal Art Club!

We are calling all J.O. Wilson artists in grades 1-5 to join our weekly art club! During this time, artists will have the opportunity to choose from a selection of mediums for inspiration, work on any projects students have started outside of school, and contribute to school events! We will also practice yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and art therapy! Due to high demand and a desire to have a meaningful program for all participants, Art Club will be limited to the first 20 students who successfully submit a completed permission slip. After that time, any students who still wish to join can be added in January. We can't wait to see you there!
  • When: Our first meeting begins on Monday, Oct. 31

  • Time: Mondays from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m.

  • Location: The J.O. Wilson Art Studio in Room 222

  • Contact: Ms. Kelly at karen.kelly2@k12.dc.gov

Celebrate Halloween at J.O. Wilson with words by wearing a word costume to school on Oct. 31! Check out some examples below.

Interested in helping to restart some Girl Scout troops at J.O. Wilson this year?
