Service Before Self
The Service point of our Viking Compass reminds us that leadership is about helping others.
You do not need a title or special position to be a leader. Leaders look for ways to make a difference. They help others, step up when needed, and contribute positively to their community.
This week, look for opportunities to serve. Pick up something that is not yours, help someone who needs support, or take time to encourage another person.
Great Vikings understand that serving others makes our entire community stronger.
