Principal's Update
As we approach Thanksgiving, we typically begin to talk about all the things we are thankful for, and for me, I am very privileged to be thankful for so much. However, we have many families and individuals for whom it is difficult to find many things to be thankful for. I would ask two things of our community during this time. First, if you are a family in need, please reach out to the school through your TA or School Counselor and let us know what is happening so we can provide some support. Second, if your family is blessed, take a few moments and give back in any way that you are able. After Thanksgiving, we will be sending some information about our "Giving Tree" and how you can either get or provide support for our community. I am thankful that I continue to be a part of such a wonderful community in central Vermont.
In school news, we have so many things happening. Our winter sports season is starting to gear up as the fall winds down. Congratulations to Boys and Girls Cross-Country on their State Championships! Our Model UN team is at Princeton right now, and our musicians and singers are at the Winooski Valley Music Festival. Please look through the rest of the newsletter to see all that is happening.
Have a safe and happy weekend,
Steven
