BEN ALEXANDER NEWS
2nd to NONE

November 2026
November the Month of Gratitude and Reflection.
November is a perfect time to pause and reflect on all that we’re thankful for. We are truly grateful for your ongoing support and dedication to our Ben Alexander School community. In this month’s newsletter, you’ll find important updates, upcoming events, and celebrations of our students’ accomplishments. We always welcome your ideas and suggestions to help make our school the best it can be—please don’t hesitate to reach out to our school administrator or our P.A.W.S. (Partners As Wildcat Supporters) team.
This month, our students will be focusing on Critical Thinking, an important characteristic of the Portrait of a Wildcat. Critical thinkers ask questions, analyze information, solve problems, and make thoughtful decisions. Throughout the month, students will engage in learning activities that encourage them to think deeply, explore different perspectives, and support their ideas with evidence.
Families can support this skill at home by encouraging children to explain their thinking, ask questions, and discuss solutions to everyday problems. Together, we can help our Wildcats become confident learners and effective problem-solvers!
Wishing you and your family a warm, joyful, and peaceful November!

ATTENDANCE MATTERS
Every school day is an opportunity for your child to learn, grow, and build strong habits for future success. Consistent attendance helps students stay on track with lessons, develop confidence, and build positive relationships with teachers and classmates.
When students miss school, they miss valuable learning experiences that are difficult to make up. Together, we can help your child reach their full potential—because every day counts!
