Each student will take the assessment to help lay the foundation for specific needs through our counseling departments. This survey will be administered through the CCR classes. Each student will have an opportunity before the administration of the assessment to ask their CCR teachers for an opt out letter. The letter must be returned before November 2nd.

High Reliability Schools Certification
DTSOI is working toward something unique in education...High Reliability Schools Level 5 Certification (we are currently Level 4). Over the past five years, we have had the vision to be a high-reliability school. That means we continuously use research-based best practices, monitor their effectiveness and make adjustments when needed.
HRS Level 5 relates to standards-based education and is the highest level of certification. There are currently only 22 schools in the nation that are certified at HRS Level 5. Of those, all of the secondary schools come from only two districts. We look forward to being the 23rd school and the third district represented!
We would like your input about our practices. For our certification, we do not need only high marks. We will take all responses and reflect on our strengths and areas for growth. What we value most is your response.
We look forward to achieving our vision and celebrating the good news in the coming months.
