Hello Lancer Families,

Thank you to all our elementary families for your partnership during teacher–parent conferences. Conferences will continue this week. If you were not able to attend and need to reschedule, please reach out to your child’s teacher.

Join us in congratulating our Lancer Football team on their victory this past Friday. They will now move on to the second round of CIF.

This week, our secondary students’ Character Cards will be updated, marking the end of Quarter 1. Please take a moment to review the updates with your student. We will also celebrate our elementary students during this month’s Character Ed assembly, and we look forward to recognizing their growth and effort.

Lastly, our counseling team will host a College Night on Thursday, November 13th at 5:30 p.m. This is a valuable opportunity to learn about the college process, ask questions, and receive support with the FAFSA application.

Gracias a todas las familias de primaria por su colaboración durante las reuniones de padres y maestros. Las reuniones continuarán esta semana. Si no pudo asistir y necesita reprogramar una cita, por favor comuníquese con el maestro de su hijo/a.

Felicitamos a nuestro equipo de fútbol americano Lancer por su victoria del viernes pasado. Ahora pasan a la segunda ronda del CIF.

Esta semana, se actualizarán las Tarjetas de Carácter de nuestros estudiantes de secundaria, lo que marca el final del primer trimestre. Por favor, tómense un momento para revisar las actualizaciones con su hijo/a. También celebraremos a nuestros estudiantes de primaria durante la asamblea de Educación en Valores de este mes, y esperamos reconocer su crecimiento y esfuerzo.

Finalmente, nuestro equipo de consejería organizará una Noche Universitaria el jueves 13 de noviembre a las 5:30 p. m. Esta es una valiosa oportunidad para aprender sobre el proceso de admisión universitaria, hacer preguntas y recibir apoyo con la solicitud FAFSA.

Thank you for your continuing support for the Avalon Community Calendar. The listings form and order forms for 2026 are now available. Calendars will be distributed in January, if not sooner. Please use the QR code to download the forms to purchase your calendar and to add your listings. Please return the forms to Ms. Ruby Engel on Avalon Campus. The deadline to order and get your listings in will be November 21, 2025.
