Dear Bryan Families,

We are officially in the final countdown—just 12 school days remain in the 2024–25 school year! As we push toward the finish line, we’re focused on ending strong with high attendance, academic engagement, and positive behavior.

This week, we’re also celebrating our incredible staff during Staff Appreciation Week. Our teachers, support staff, and administrators work hard every day to support student learning and success. Please join us in thanking them for their dedication, energy, and heart.

Let’s finish the year strong together:

• Be Here: Every day counts. Student attendance makes a difference, even in the last two weeks.

• Be Focused: Continue to give your best effort in every class. Final grades and learning still matter.

• Be Respectful: Positive behavior helps maintain a safe, supportive environment for all.

Please join us on Thursday, May 8th, at 8:00 AM for our final Parent Coffee of the year. Come learn about all the fun activities planned for the end of the year. Sports teams are now working on recruiting 6th grade students in wrestling, swimming, track, and soccer. If you have a 6th grader who is interested in any of these sports, please have them follow up with the coach of that sport.

We want EVERY student at Bryan Middle School to become a member of the Boys and Girls Club. They have activities for grades 6 to 8, provide mentoring to our students, and are a safe place to stay if students need to wait for a parent after school. They are open from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on school days. There is NO charge for Bryan Middle School students. Just put a 0 in the box when it asks for payment. We are seeking family members to help start a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) that will support students, teachers, and staff at Bryan Middle School. As a PTO member, you will have the opportunity to become more informed about your child’s middle school experience and education as well as joining the amazing Bryan Middle community.
