Life Lines: 5th-8th Grades
Dear 5th Grade and Middle School Families,
Each year in the Archdiocese of OKC Catholic schools, students in grades 5 - 12 participate in a program called Life Lines. This program gives students knowledge for recognizing signs of suicidal behaviors in themselves and others and tools to be proactive in seeking help from trusted adults. Life Lines is a research based course and is provided to us through the Archdiocese of OKC.
Please take a moment to review the letter and curriculum material attached. All families must have a signature on file either consenting to their child attending the curriculum, or declining. There must be one signature PER CHILD, so if you have more than one student in grades 5 - 8, please follow the link two or more times as necessary. You are welcome to follow the link now, or you may do so after our informational meeting on the 16th. All signatures are due by January 30th, 2026. Life Lines classes for grades 5 and 6 will be in February. Grades 7 and 8 will have Life Lines in March. Those specific dates will be sent out by Mrs. Heard as they get closer. Thank you and please feel free to contact either me or Mrs. Heard if you have any questions.
