Student Fees
Now is a great time to log into your Parent Portal and review your student’s account and outstanding fees.
Outstanding balances may include fees from Hopkins High School as well as prior schools attended in the district. We encourage families to review and pay their outstanding balances in the Campus Parent Portal account.

Important Attendance Reminders
To help ensure a smooth and timely dismissal process, attendance requests should be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the request. Whenever possible, we encourage families to schedule appointments and vacations outside of school hours to maximize instructional time.
If a student becomes ill or injured during the school day and needs to leave early, we are happy to support that process through the Health Office. Students who are already at school must be checked out by the school nurse to ensure their safety and proper documentation.
For student safety, attendance-related phone calls must come from a phone number listed in the student’s contact information. If your contact details change, please update them promptly through the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus or by contacting the counseling office.
Attendance requests are reviewed in accordance with our attendance procedures and require a stated, valid reason. If you have unique or extenuating circumstances affecting your student’s attendance, we encourage you to reach out to your student’s counselor so we can work together to provide support.

Update on Khan Academy
Khan Academy has updated their privacy policy to no longer allow access for students under the age of 13 without parent permission. This does not align with our Hopkins Vetting Parameters, which means that students in grades K-8 will not be accessing Khan Academy at school. We have rigorous materials available through Imagine IM and Zearn for use in the classroom. Caregivers are welcome to set up an account at home for your student to access over the summer. Explore the info available at www.khanacademy.org
