7th Grade Weekly News, February 18
From the desk of Chris Howell, Assistant Principal
Good morning. We had another remarkable week here in the 7th grade. The energy and enthusiasm of our students and staff have truly made this week one to remember.
I was able to visit to Ms. Szabo's class to view creativity and innovation in their creation of rocket prototypes.
Some of our talented artists have once again been recognized for their outstanding contributions. Congratulations on this recognition.
In the spirit of camaraderie and philanthropy, our school community came together for an exhilarating staff versus student basketball game. This event not only fostered a sense of unity and friendly competition but also served as a meaningful opportunity to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
I hope everyone has a great week.
What's Going On In 7th Grade?
The Honors Extension class were building/creating prototypes of rockets in their small groups to prepare for their final project in Ms. Szabo's class.
Youth Art Submission Finalists
The North East Region Ohio Art Education Association recognized five SMS 7th graders for Youth Art Month. What a great achievement.
