This year, our district will be introducing a new program to help manage students’ daily dismissal plans. Parents will be responsible for entering their child’s regular dismissal plan into the system, as well as submitting any changes directly through the program—either on the mobile app or the website dashboard.
***An email with a specialized link for your child was sent via email from PickUp Patrol. Please be sure to register online prior to the start of school. This will help your teacher to know the daily dismissal plan.***
Bus Routes
Reminder: During the first few days of school, bus routes may take longer as drivers and students adjust to the routine. Any significant delays that we are notified of will be shared on the LIVE FEED of the MRE website.
Bus Resolution Form
If you should have questions or concerns regarding the location of your child’s stop, please follow the School Bus Resolution Protocol. Dee Bus has notified us that all routes have had some adjustments from last year.

Returning Student Registration
Responses due by Tuesday, Sept. 2nd!
- Thursday, Aug. 14th, families were sent an email with an individualized link for each student.
- Please review and confirm your contact details—including email addresses, phone numbers, and emergency contacts—to ensure the school has the most accurate information on file.
- The Returning Student Registration will also include important forms, such as the Use of Technology agreement, Photograph Release, and more.
School Lunch & Breakfast
Again this year, first servings of student breakfast and lunch are free to all students.
Menus & Nutritional Information
Menus
All school menus are available at www.fdmealplanner.com.
Enter “Nashoba” in the location search bar to view the menus associated with each of our schools. You may choose to set-up a profile for your student, but it is not necessary to view the menus, ingredients, nutritional information, and allergen alerts.
Refillable Water Bottle
We recommend that students bring a refillable water bottle to school each day. We have refill stations students can use. Please, no glass bottles.
School Supplies, Backpacks & Snacks
We’re happy to share that the school provides the vast majority of school supplies for all students. Occasionally, a teacher may request a few small items, but these are not required for purchase. Some teachers may also share a classroom wish list with optional items such as tissues, Ziploc-style bags, plastic spoons or other helpful supplies. Again, these items are completely optional.
In addition, all students should plan to bring a standard-sized backpack each day. We also ask that students bring one snack item daily, so families may wish to provide a lunch box or small snack pouch to help keep snacks organized.
If a teacher has any specific requests, they will communicate directly with you by letter or email. Thank you for your support!
The pdf's below are copies of letters shared at Move-up day in June.
Summer Reading
Students entering 1st, 2nd , 3rd , 4th , & 5th grade in the fall of 2025 are encouraged to participate in MRE's summer reading log!
The directions are simple! Each time a student reads for 20 minutes, he/she can color a sun. For students entering 1st grade, they can also color a sun for every 20 minutes that someone reads TO them. More details are included on page 2 of the printable log. Students will also be sent home with a copy.
Reading logs are due to school by Friday, Aug. 29th.
